EEL’s fundamental approach to success is in reviewing a firm’s business process and procedures and highlighting areas where performance can be improved by identifying process weakness and suggesting workable solutions for improvement. The key objective being to improve competitive advantage by reviewing operating costs and reducing loss. This process will often include the use of a specialist data mining tool.
